This hotel project never finished has an exceptional location : at the top of a cliff, just outside Cabrera, in a calm residential area, it's major asset is the magnificent view over the plain and the ocean. 

The project comprises of two buildings of two floors each for a total of 22 rooms. The first building (10 rooms) is quite advanced, with the roof and roms finished on the ground floor , but the second building (12 rooms) has only just been started. The bar and pool were operational and tested during the inauguration and private parties. However the whole project requires some repairs, improvements and completions. 

There is however an obvious high potential, taking into account the need of quality hotels in Cabrera, and the extreem rarety of this location. This characteristic enduces another option just as interesting : the repurchase of the land for the resale of top of the range lots ready for construction.
