This villa
with such elegant architecture, very
well conceived and so pleasant is characterized not only by the incomparable
view from which it profits but also by multiple installations which make it
particularly attractive.
In addition
to the two bedrooms (14 m² each one), a mezzanine (20 m²) arranged over the
living room (40 m²) acting as an office and/or auxiliary room. The house is
sold furnished and entirely equipped with electrical household appliances, with

quiet and automatic functioning with diesel, which starts at night and feeds in
particular two electric water heaters, and finally a second standby generator
(5 kw) running on the gasoline/petrol. The whole is supplemented by two inverters
of 3,6 kw (one functioning and one in
case of breakdown) and 8 batteries.
The water
supply is assured not only by the private network connection which serves the
residencial area, but also by a cistern recovery of rain water of 6.000 litres placed
under the terrace, supplemented by a reserve of 1.000 litres placed on the
roof.
The above
mentioned technical equipment is located in two large buildings, one of which
is also the laundry, and the second is a large garage. Under the garage there
is also a cellar.
The ground
consists of two plots of 1.000 m² each one separated by a stone wall and
communicating by a door. On one of the plots is the house, technical premises,
garage, garden and kiosk, whilst the second is currently devoted to being a
vegetable garden.
The owner
wishes to sell the totality, but it would be possible to acquire either only
the house on 1.000 m² at the price of 187.000 Euros, or only the other plot of
1.000 m² currently devoted to being the
vegetable garden (ideal for a
construction because it profits from the same view, is right now completely
enclosed and has his own entry with gate) at the price of 38.500 Euros.
